The Diploma of Leadership and Management builds high-level skills required to lead teams, manage operations and support organisational success across a range of industries.

Learners develop capability in communication, emotional intelligence, people performance, operational planning, risk management and continuous improvement, while applying knowledge to real or simulated workplace scenarios.
