Course Outcome
This skill set supports learners to:
– Assist clients with chronic disease self-management

This skill set is delivered under the Queensland Government Career Boost Program, which supports individuals to upskill, reskill, or advance within their current role or industry.

Eligibility (General Overview)
Students may be eligible if they:
- Live or work in Queensland
- Are an Australian/New Zealand citizen or eligible visa holder
- Are seeking to upskill or progress within the care sector
Students can already hold a qualification (this is a key difference from Career Start)
Fee-for-Service Option
Also available as full fee training:
