Successful completion of this course will qualify you to work in an entry level position, well as giving you the option to continue on to Certificate III in Hospitality.
This course is facilitated by industry experts and will give you the fundamental hospitality skills you’ll need to succeed in the industry.
Course Length
12 months full-time | 24 months part-time for school based traineeships.

Work placement, Workshops and Online.

12 units must be completed:
6 core units
6 elective units *Electives subject to change.
Course Funding Options
In Queensland, subject to eligibility criteria, funding is available through the Queensland Government to support completing this qualification by the following programs:

Student co-contribution fees apply. School-based trainees are exempt from paying student contribution fees under the User Choice program whilst at school.

There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
Both formal and informal skills, knowledge and experience may be recognised as prior learning and could help you avoid training in areas you are already competent.
